I have a huge passion for cooking veg centric food and to highlight all the beauty of plants, grains, nuts, seeds fungi, spices and herbs, and getting creative in the kitchen.
I work mostly with simple seasonal ingredients to create a variety of dishes for all occasions. from the earth, fresh, to the table, aiming to create a spread full of variation and abundance. By Using the whole vegetable to create meals, i love to use and inspire others to do the same and play with leftovers and getting creative in the kitchen. Having a whole dish created with upcycled food is the perfect way to take care for the earth’s resources.

Retreat & private chef
You can hire me for single retreats or for an extended period of time to cater for your yoga & wellness center. We could plan & host our own plantiful retreats with yoga, sustainable cooking classes in beautiful places around the world. Or hire me as your private chef for another exciting catering mission for your company or corporation.

I offer food consultancy for start ups, small or big restaurants, cafés etc. that wants to move towards a sustainable future & a more climate friendly menu where we focus on the vegetable, creating sustainable & seasonal menu’s for your customers to enjoy every bite, with no compromise on the flavours.
Cooking classes & workshops
I offer cooking classes in gluten-free baking, raw food deserts, plantbased-cheese, fermentation, herbal infusions & drinks, plant-based food from earth to table with a sustainable approach where we collect food from our local surroundings and create beautiful dishes together, green holiday food for christmas, new years, easter, midsummer & birthdays/parties etc.
